What sizes do they fit?

The Posture Pro and Flexi are both adjustable and fit nearly everybody.

The Pro has adjustable straps to fit between the sizes of 70cm and 120cm (Chest Circumference)

The Flexi has an adjustable velcro pad at the back to change size. The Flexi is more suited to the smaller sizes, where as the Pro can accommodate for small through to large.

The Stretcher can be used by anyone no matter their size.

What is the different between the Pro and the Flexi?

Both are posture correctors which will help improve posture and relieve pain due to many poor posture related issue. The Pro is made of more sturdy material and will really keep your shoulders back and your chest forward. The Flexi is a stretchy material with more give, and is used better as a reminder to keep your shoulders in the right position.

How often should I wear my Posture Corrector?

Start wearing your posture corrector for 15-20 minutes per day and increase the time worn each day by a few minutes. Soon you can wear it for hours per day.

Should I get a Posture Pro, Flexi or Stretcher?

If this sounds like you, try a Posture Corrector (Pro & Fleix):

• Hunched over when sitting

• Slouch when standing

• Lack confidence in your walk

And if this sounds like you, try a Back Stretcher (Stretcher):

• Painful back, neck or shoulders when sitting for long periods of time

• Never feel like you can't get a good stretch no matter what you try

• Feel achy when you first get up or before bed

And if you have a combination of some or all, try alternating with both!

What should I do if my posture corrector is pressing on my neck?

Remember to ensure you are working with the corrector, not against it. Stand or sit up straight and roll your shoulders back and down. If it is still riding up, you may need to adjust the straps so it is not too tight.

What should I do if my posture corrector is too tight on my arms?

For the Pro, simply adjust the straps so they are looser around your arms.

For the Flexi, if your posture is correct it shouldn't be too tight. In some cases your arm circumference may be too large for the Flexi and, we would suggest a Pro instead.

How do I use the Stretcher?

For a beginner, begin with some light back stretches either standing or laying down to ensure you are properly warmed up. For best results, place the Stretcher on a hard surface and slowly lay back on the Stretcher. When you have finished, do not roll up on it, instead turn on your side, away from the Stretcher and slowly stand up.

It can also be used vertically while sitting in a chair or while driving to support your lower back.

What Stretcher level should I start on?

We suggest you start on the 1st height level, then move your way up to the 2nd and 3rd heights as you feel comfortable. Go back down a level if your back is sore or stiff after use.
