I’m still getting accustomed to wearing it, increasing time every day. However, so far so good, and the improvement in my posture is certainly helping my lower back when I’m wearing it.

Did the job of helping with posture sure but was super uncomfortable as it cuts into your armpits and around that area as you have to pull super tight to pull your shoulders back. Definitely can’t wear for longer than 30 mins without having red marks from how bad it cuts in your armpits
